eBucks rewards a joke

I use only a virtual card to do transactions, and I do a lot. I shop at Checkers, fill in petrol with virtual card etc. Yet my ebucks rewards is less than my fee. It means I need to pay in on my ebucks account. Mosa the customer service agent at FNB does not know how to answer questions. If you are a customer that uses your bank account and enjoy rewards, do not use FNB, their eBucks reward program is definitely not worth it.
