EBUCKs rewards *****.

Good day. well this is my first time writing a review cause I am not the person to do this.. well it got to this point it cant be resolved on any other way. i have a problem with FNB rewards. well the whole self serve deal.. not even once was my problems resolved true the app or self serve channels. its like the people are not willing nor cant they read. my problem recently is that the ebucks reward system on my side is not working correctly. it clearly states that I must have a savings account with a min of 16500 for more than 7 days, witch i am happy with the little they award me. the problem is on the one option just below that it states that i need a savings account of min 16500 more than 8 days. witch i have as well. i can only go so far back march but i am sure this problem is going back more than that. regarding this i missing out on points that sound stupid but every point is vital for me cause i am not the best off. certainly not the worst either. i have screenshots but cant manage to paste or attached it here.
