Ebucks Reward Requirements\ FNB ***** website

So, I take pride in being ebucks reward level 5, and lately i have been dropping down to 4 over and over again. I would like to know why this is? I think it has something to do with my savings pocket account as I read somewhere we need a balance of atleast 5k in one of them. However FNB created me 2 savings pocket accounts out of nowhere, now I don't know which one to keep the 5k in. I tried keeping 5k in one of them and i still got dropped a level, i tried closing the second account, and there is no option to do it online, i tried checking the first account's details and the site gave me errors so i couldnt proceed either.

Its so frustrating to have to keep 5k in 1 account hoping its the one they are looking at, because u can't close the other account. Can someone just tell me why my ebucks reward level dropped? and if it was about the 5k minimum balance in the savings pocket account, please put me back on level 5 and recalculate accordingly because i did meet this criteria, its not my fault fnb created a duplicate account and wont let me close the account online, or even view the settings online of the other duplicate account.

Just plain silly and bad development design and implementation.
