eBucks reward points not given

<p>I successfully met the following criteria but was not rewarded points. In turn I lost my level 5 and earned reduced ebucks for the month. I want this fixed and my points awarded.</p> <p>1. Have an FNB Home Loan, One Account or Single Facility with a minimum outstanding balance of R100 000. 1000 Points lost<br />2. Your FNB Home Loan, One Account or Single Facility meets requirement (1) above and you have an FNB debit order or salary stop order set up on the *** points lost<br />3. Spend R5 000 or more on your FNB Premier Credit Card in a calendar month (excl. EFTs and transfers). At least 1000 points lost</p> <p>Thanks</p>
