Ebucks reward level drops due to limited functionality

Still not satisfied with fnbs response to my ebucks query

Unfortunately, in light of the functionality and data required to accurately populate Track My Rewards, personalised data is not available in July until mid-August as this tool is dependent on the first allocation with the new rules app****.

The Track my Rewards functionality is a tool to use along with the earn rules listed on the eBucks website and is not an ultimate guarantee of your reward level. This means that you will need to ensure the behavior is met rather than rely on the tool to confirm the behavior is met.

We apologies for the inconvenience and understand the frustration this may have caused, however, eBucks aims to assist our members by making it convenient to engage the programme in a manner as highlighted above clearly evidencing what the new earn rules will be to our customers.
