EBUCKS ***

<p>I have never been so angry and Im still shaking just by thinking about the whole Ebucks online process. How does an order that was placed on the 19th of December show as acknowleged from the supplier a week later when i query the status then moved to being shipped. Only to have the order part delivered? again a week later with me calling everyday to be told that the order was dispatched and today to be told that the supplier is only receiving stock today?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to be given proper feedback as to when my money will be refunded as i need to go get what has been dispatched from the 28th of December from the stores. I dont want to call in and keep asking when i will be refunded please. I will be returning what Jet has delivered to me to the shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>very disappointed mother</p>
