Ebucks qualifying criteria

Hi,

received a sms today I need to log in to the FNB App at least once a month to be eligible for eBucks

In Nov I had to go into the branch since I could not authorize any transactions. The agent deactivate the App from my profile, since the App keeps on crashing on startup and it was impossible for me to authorise online transactions.

I feel it is unreasonable to force a sub-standard app onto people and hold ebucks random. There should also be another way to authorise transactions if you have the app linked to your profile, like OTP.

If You make me choose between being able to do banking or having eBucks I will rather choose to change banks

The only response I received to date was that they will escalate it internally, but I will not be eligible for eBucks any longer
I am really starting to feel like that first woman on the couch in the ABSA rewards program adverti*****t. At the moment I have no idea what they offer, but surely more than my situation with no rewards program at FNB
