ebucks purchase via FNB App just not happening
Spent ebucks to buy a Garmin watch, they said eta was 17th Nov, but order tracking shows not dispatched but ready for collection since 11 Nov... have escalated 2x but no change... ebucks guys say its the suppliers' fault and they can't access their system??? how can we resolve this?
