Ebucks purchase not received

Purchased earpods on 18 May 2023 using my ebucks. I logged 3 calls to enquire about the delivery of items. 3 different agents called nad keeps escalating to the next. Ebucks account used to pay for items as per balance but to items delivered almost amonth later. Pathetic staff and disgusting service! ABSA gives better service with faster turnaround times. DISGUSTING
