Ebucks problems not resolved and no feedback.

I have had very poor service from Ebucks; a NuMetro voucher was purchased online with Ebucks on the 9th of September 2024 and this was never delivered. Repeated queries were made but there was no response or feedback even when a 3-day resolution was promised . The Query reference is ***Q for anyone from FNB Ebucks to assist.
