Ebucks: Private Wealth or Private Joke?

Since the E-bucks annual new earn rules came into effect in 1 July 2022, I am unable to attain Level 5 (which I have been on for at least the past 10 years). This is due to my points not reflecting on the INVEST section. I should be receiving 5000 pts for FNB stockbroking and Portfolio, 1500 Tax Free investments + 2000 for Asburton. I receive 0 for all of these. I have repeatedly taken this up with private banker since 23 Aug. I am unable to earn + spend using level 5 discount. I have lost huge amounts on flight bookings etc. There is no feedback from FNB, no assistance, no support, not loyalty - Clients are literally just a number to them. Very disappointed - I am looking at other banking options, and moving my investments
