eBucks points rewards

I recently changed banks over to FNB and have been very happy with the service offered. However this past month I wasn't awarded eBucks points my savings I did and missed a reward level as a result, which was a bit disappointing. Other than this I am happy with the service. If this could be rectified it would be a great help.
