Ebucks points not awarded

Ebucks rewards have not been correctly calculated for the last 2 no that. After making contact with fnb, they claim I have not viewed my smart budget. History shows I have done this religiously monthly, but they claim their logs prove different. I have. It been awarded the points for this, nor the track my rewards tab, yet I was able to tell them TRACK MY REWARDS was not available as per their app, immediately after the revision to the points structure. I'm pretty sure FNB has internal system errors, and are not awarding ebucks points correctly, *****ing from many of their customers. Time to consider ABSA rewards or ucount, or perhaps Discovery
