EBUCKS POINTS NON EXISTANT

Hi Guys, i noticed that i am no longer getting ebucks points. i looked and this goes back to june. i called in yesterday and after 20 min on the phone, the agent couldnt tell me why. she said account is in good order and that i should be getting ebucks. this seems to have happened after we got this new aspire account. i want this resolved asap. furthermore, i want all my ebucks since june. if this is not actioned, i will be taking this further. thanks
