Ebucks Points

Totally wiped out my Ebucks account , all my benefits have been reset to zero all my points that I have made gone, and they were pathetic enough to give me (11eb) points for this month no warning what so ever that my points will be reset, want to be reimbursed with all my points back !!!!!!
