eBucks please help...

I ordered an iPad after I thought mine broke. Ordered a new one from eBucks. It was delivered a day later. Turns out my old iPad wasn't broken. The charger wasn't working. Mailed eBucks twice for advice on a refund. Still no response. Not interested in using their call centre as I can't handle inefficient agents. Please assist. It's not that hard to do your job, is it?
