Ebucks platform REALLY dissapointing!

Ebucks platform is really dissapointing!! Oh my word ordering off the Ebucks platform has been a NIGHTMARE! No follow up on my order - I have called about 10 times and no one ever follows up! When I try calling I am put on hld for 20 minutes each time and then sent a pin saying someone will follow up and no-one ever does.
