eBucks or should I call it e****s?

Hi FNB how long will it take to sort out another ebucs problem. To be honest I barely pay attention to ebucs now a days as it has been customed so much it is trash now in most instances.

I've booked tickets via the ebucs store and each time I look at "My Benefits" and then look at "Bonus SLOW Lounge" it shows in the orange box 1 unlocked, but when I go into it I get a message. Since you are new to FNB or have recently upgraded your bank account(s), information regarding your airport lunge visits are not available at this time. Please come back soo to check for an any changes.

Been showing this for some time now so please let me know what you are going to do about this.
