Ebucks, not worth earning!

I have been on level 5 every month for as long as I can remember which gives me a 40% discount, but for what? The 40% Makro was removed early last year, then in Feb this year, the 40% checkers discount was removed. Now Dischem. I religiously use my CC to earn ebucks especially for Makro and Checkers discounts. The response from ebucks is that these vouchers are rotated. Makro has never come back at a 40% discount. I doubt checkers will. Why aren't these discounts rotated as stated on your website? Ebucks went from the best rewards programme to the worst. So disappointing!
