Ebucks not working, please activate, call centre useless

Im back for one week and I see the service has dropped even furthet.

Ebucks is not working. Called the ebucks line.The guy I spoke to sounded like his going through a divorce and was no help at all...He was just pushig me to go to the branch. The in app approval message does not work on my app. How iscthat my problem and now I must drive to a branch. Which I refuse.

Please acrivate my ebucks, as soonn as possible. whenever I go to view pin in the app it says error. Please also email me only.

Please let me know when the pin will be available in the app. I have an easy account for R69
