eBucks not received, consultants dont follow up
Hi. I have been complaining for the past 3 weeks about not receiving my eBucks Fuel Double up rewards. The staff would call after every complaint i lodge in the App and then not follow up. The initial consultants name was Shannah Lee and i haven't heard from her in 2 weeks, I've spoke to multiple consultants after. Im appalled by the lack of service from these consultants. I would like the issue of not receiving my ebucks to be resolved.
