EBucks not paid as agreed to client

Once again FNB has denied my eBucks for filling up at Engen Service Stations. I have had the same complaint and denied eBucks for using only Engen Service Stations. Yet again for the double up eBucks payment for following the rules of filling up for 3 month at Engen Service Stations I have yet again as it was the case in 2022 been denied the double up eBucks payments using only Engen Service Stations. FNB clients need to be aware of FNB not honoring their agreement.
