Ebucks not honoring discounted deals online

Ebucks a waste of time! ... When u try to purchase on the ebucks site and it shows u qualify for your discount level... Once you make the purchase it says error.. When u contact ebucks they spin a story that the stock is limited and they have the rights to change the price while the deal is live! I have tried to purchase again cause I was kicked out and it doesn't show the discount qualification again. I have a screen shot on the discount that I was supose to get on my item and emailed ebucks but very disappointed with the service level of tone spoken by Nerisa. SUNDARAN THE SUPERVISOR WAS ALSO Very unhelpful. I asked her to email me the ts n cs she said it's not avail for public viewing but can read it out to me. I feel that ebucks should honor their deals otherwise we rather just move to the u counts rewards programme or even discovery
