EBUCKS NOT BEING ALLOCATED BECAUSE OF FNB ERROR

I had an account with FNB years back and when I lost my job, I couldnt pay my creditors, according to the documents I signed, the account was supposed to be redundant in 3 months of being in active but FNB instead decided to ccontinue deducting -R8.50's from the account for years till it accumulated to R7 500+.

Now Iv gone back to Fnb and they have this amount lingering in my profile, How do I owe fnb so much when I did not take out a loan/ overdraft with them?

Now I am not recieving my Ebucks because of this amount that I am "owing" but never app**** for in the first place. I am considering changing banks now because how can this hold up rewards I am meant to be receiving in my account,

FNB cant even blacklist me for this account because they too know that this amount is not lawful.

Please get back to me - ALLOCATE MY EBUCKS FROM THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS and s**** this stupid "overdraft" amount that you are lying about in my NAME!!!
