eBucks no longer being given to customers

One of the main reasons I opened an account with FNB is because of the eBucks. This month FNB seems to have decided not to give eBucks to their customers. Both my husband and myself have not received our eBucks this month. I have messaged FNB on Facebook for assistance, but the matter has not been resolved as yet. This is very frustrating and unacceptable! Please advise why no eBucks has been allocated this month?
