Ebucks - No Delivery - FNB shame on your service !
I placed an order through Ebucks on the 29th June and delivery is still not received, I got a call to say delivery is delayed and today I was advised that delivery was done to the wrong list and an enquiry is being made if I received my order. Ebucks is not worth the effort any longer as you do not get what you are promised and the agents dont know why there are delays and do not want to put you in touch with people who can give answers.

19 Jul 2021, 16:0021 Days and still no delivery, Looting and Unrest now blamed for order not being delivered by Supplier (Ring) to Ebucks....Order later discovered to be given to another customer......Was promised a call back but sadly this has not happened I guess the waiting game needs to play out to the 26th July 2021 where it will officially take 28 Days for Ebucks to deliver a small parcel. Loyalty to FNB should be disgarded after many a succesful order this one simply can not be sorted out.
