Ebucks Nightmare

Again and again, I am not so sure what is happening there by the Ebucks department but it seems as though after my upgrade I went to Level 1 and to top off I am not being granted posts for meeting the monthly targets/criteria. I really regret the move to FNB. Can please someone help me understand what is going on?
