Ebucks New Rewards Criteria

I never had a problem with FNB the 12 years that I have been with them but I don't understand how can your ebucks rewards level drop from almost a level 5 to a level 2 in one months time and the only thing they said when I enquired us that the reward criteria changed but I don't understand how it changed so much so why bother buying from the partners if that's the case.
