eBucks Motto: We break what works

For years if I placed an order with eBucks they would deliver the next day or after 2 days. Now they've launched their new and improved service that lets you track how poorly they have changed the delivery process.

I've placed 2 orders, the details are below. I expect a refund on the delivery fee.

Order number: ********** 5 Order date: 11 October Delivery fee: R250 Estimated delivery date: 16 Oct 16 Oct Parcel not delivered, I emailed ********** 17 Oct received feedback "we have escalated your query to the relevant department" 20 Oct Emailed ********** AGAIN 20 Oct received feedback "Please be advised that we have sent a follow up request to our Shop department to contact you." Actual delivery date: 26 Oct

R250 delivery fee for my items to arrive 15 days later???

Order number: ********** 1 Order date: 22 October Delivery fee: R300 Estimated delivery date: Fri 27 Oct

According to the website this order has still not been packed for delivery!
