eBucks; more stick than carrot.

New eBucks rules, more stick and less carrot yet again. Every year FNB finds a way to shift the goal posts for their rewards programme. I was on level 5 and now level 3. Many of my friends were surprised as well of the new changes. We went on the calculator to see how we could max our rewards and re-earn our level 5 status. Well, make more dept (And pay hefty for it) or have a poor signal FNB connect, or have 2 or more house loans (as if someone who could afford 2 home loans would care about ebucks), anyway, point is FNB is looking less attractive. As I said, each year it's more stick and less carrot. Also disappointed that my spouse who is already a FNB member doesn't get discount. Nope, FNB will reward new members more than loyal ones. It's a trap.

And no FNB, don't pretend to respond. We both know you not going to do anything about this.
