Ebucks means no bucks to spend when you want to

Fed up with Ebucks. A while ago I wanted to buy an external hard drive from Takealot using my Ebucks but struggled - no matter what I did I could not get the site to send me an OTP to complete the transaction. Eventually I phoned Ebucks for assistance and was able to purchase what I wanted while on the phone to them. I enquired as to why I was not sent an OTP although my phone number in my profile was correct and was not given a reasonable answer. This weekend I wanted to buy the spindel using my ebucks as it was on special on Takealot. Again I got up to Ebucks sending me an OTP to complete the purchase - but AGAIN no matter what I did I could not get an OTP. I decided I would phone them on Monday (today) to again complain and get them to assist me. However this morning while checking my email I saw an email from Takealot saying my order had been cancelled due to non payment. I clicked on the link to the spindel and I got notification that the product was no longer available meaning the discounted price had expired. I am furious; had I been able to make a purchase on Friday/Saturday I would have had my purchase delivered on Tuesday this week. Instead I can't even buy the product any more. How is FNB going to solve this one now I wonder?! FNB do me a favour - get your act together regarding Ebucks. Your loyalty programme has become a frustration to use and to earn loyalty points (all the cuts in benefits unless you have certain products).
