ebucks lies
Disgusted is the word wihen it comes to ebucks. I have not received my ebucks now for the passed 3 months. I swipe my card at partners such as clicks, shoprite and also takealot. I have purchased from all these and more. where are my ebucks????? I received till end november last year and then they just stopped! Where are my ebucks???????

Now they want to tell me I have to spend R 500 per transaction to earn ebucks where as I have heard from others they spend far less at a time and still receive their ebucks.
What is the point of joining a rewards program such as ebucks if the bank is simply just not going to give you your rewards.
They have all kinds of excuses and this was not the case in the past. This is ridiculous and terrible service from fnb. It is like these banks are in competition to see where they can agrivate or aggitate the clients the most!!!!
At this point in time I just want my salary to start keeping it under my matress, I would have saved a fortune already!
