The ebucks reward system gets weaker and weaker every single year, and a customer get less and less rewards every single year.

If you want to spend some of the ebucks you have actually earned, you dont get anything in return. As a customer on level 5, the highest level on the system you would think when you use your ebucks to purchase move tickets they would actually deliver the vouchers as promised. Well you would be wrong!
