eBucks is so tiring and not worth it

This is really a sad story, eBucks was the reason I moved to FNB. I told everyone about this amazing bank and my friends and family even opened an account because of my excitement of the rewarding system. Till July 2019 happen. It is costing me stress and hate for the whole eBucks system, now. It was so much easier with the old system to have gotten these rewards. Since the July 2019 release it has been hell to get to level 5 without wasting money. They advertise all these amazing rewards of getting R4/litre with unleaded and rewards on checkers and lots more. But it is nearly impossible to get to level 5 without spending money that has no value to me. They want you to spend money in order to get rewarded, and if it is not money, your stress levels spike with their silly descriptions of how to obtain the best rewards. I must go through there +-200 page terms and conditions just to know about a single line rewards consequence. Calling and fighting about them with one reward that costed me in not getting level 5 which was that there is a delay on their system, but actually eBucks say it is not there responsibility to handle delay from a 3rd party; most of the representatives don't knows about these terms. It is so nice to know that once the merchant only submitted there financial statements then it echoes on my system and that is what eBucks uses. So what eBucks is saying indirectly, is that I need to go knock on the merchants door and hassle them to do their banking 5 times a week so that I can get my rewards as required with their 24 hour borrow silliness, otherwise they will cost me money the longer they take. I have not once from July 2019 had a peace in reaching level 5, I stress every month in getting there. It's getting tiring, if I find a bank that will give a better rewarding system I would definitely move. Usually I would stick to what I know, but in this case the new system from FNB is getting frustrating and just tiring and then i just find the representatives is not fighting with me but rather against me. Having everything in your terms and condition does not mean I will enjoy your service. Now you have made it hard for me to trust you and it is not a stress free environment any more
