Ebucks is not worth it anymore.

I purchased items from Takealot in Feb and July on the 15th, the items were specifically the FNB Day deals items and I was supposed to receive 15% back in Ebucks. I have not received 15% but e84 ebucks on a R1688 spend. I contacted Ebucks 3 times already and every time, I was asked to send my Takealot invoice to ***. I have not had any feedback nor assistance from ebucks and have not received the 15% back. The last time I contacted ebucks was 02 August 2023, no assistance. Who else do I contact to resolve this issue? I also, then had a R1000 superbalist voucher which was rewarded for my spend. I cannot find it now on my app. It has just disappeared. Ebucks, each year is becoming more difficult to use and earn. The new rules state that ebucks will only be rewarded at Clicks and Checkers when using your virtual card. I have tried once at Clicks, their system was offline, cannot tap to pay or scan to pay. I have tried three times at Checkers since 01 August, tap to pay and scan to pay did not work on both my phone and my husband's. Different types of phones. How then, does one earn ebucks from Clicks and Checkers? I also see that ebucks has done away completely with the 40% off vouchers, would they ever bring that back? I have kept our accounts at FNB especially because of ebucks, not the service, is it still worth it now after all of these changes!
