Ebucks is n struggle

I just have an ENQUIRY to why i can’t get the 40% discount when booking a rental car thru the Ebucks website even though i am level 5 rewards member.

Tried calling them. Got hold of one person but after 14 minutes dropped the phone and never called me back. Tried again today, “we are experiencing high call volumes”

Really pathetic that you can’t just get an simple answer out of them.
