eBucks - is it a ****?

I am writing to specifically complain about eBucks managed by FNB. It is impossible to lodge a complaint. I have never been able to spend my rewards. The e-mail address for eBucks is not working. If you phone them you speak to a “bot” and it keeps on referring you to the Bank app. If you chat on the app, they refer you back to the eBucks phone number (which is useless). Thus make it impossible to take the matter up. I have been struggling with this for a very long time. I
