Ebucks is broken

Hi,

I have an FNB life policy with you, the main reason being the ebucks and rebate i get on it as i work towards level 5 every month.

The past 2 months I have not been getting ebucks for my life policy and this cuts me short on level 5! I called in last month to ask and check, followes instructions on filling out my details under Nav and wellness, but still nothing!

Sort it out please!
