Ebucks is becoming a sad shame.

I’m not sure what is happening with EBucks. But clearly they are losing the plot. It use to be a stand out program but now it’s a shame. Sad to see how the rip-off factor kicks in.

It’s impossible to get to level 5 if you don’t buy forex products. I don’t need 2 life policies. I think they need to look at the Sanlam reality Programme and learn how to run a loyalty program. Simply, You are going to loose more customers.

With the current changes there is only one loser it’s your loyal customers.
