Ebucks is a whole ****!!!

Ebucks is a whole ****! Since the 01 August 2025 ebucks has been changing rules and pushing the goal post every time you get to level 5. When you call they make up silly excuses. On friday the 31 October 2025. I went to "track my rewards" to see if I have reached level 5. And I did. 10000 points exactly. I have met all criteria. This morning when i checked I have now dropped to level 2??? so in the span on 2 days i managed to lose 4000 points? I literally have not done a thing on my account this weekend that would make me drop from level 5 to level 2? Anyway I say this to say I have given up. I will no longer support any pnp partners or even bother with ebucks because you would go out of your way to go to clicks and order on asap, fill petrol at engen , follow all earn rules for FNB to then manipulate the system. I mean i have never dropped lower than a level 4? lol!!! Keep your rewards FNB. Because regardless i wont get what i deserve.
