Ebucks is a complete ****, I did everything and follo2ed every process and even called to find out and I was told I was doing everything correctly now I'm 500 points from level 5. I've always been on reward level 5 for the longest time and I'm banking with fnb over 20 years. This is really unfair cos it seems they don't want to reward their loyal customers. Chat on app, they day call, call their call center they day chat on app. Nobody seems to know what is going on.
