ebucks information

i was told by FNB that i will receive 5000 ebucks if an amount of R500.00 is deposited into my new account within 30days no one bothered to mention that you need to wait 60days for that i have just spoken to the ebucks call centre and was advised that they have been having an issue with this as fnb is not advising their clients of this i feel that fnb is taking their new clients for a ride as they are not providing accurate information and are just using this to get a bigger client base i need answers on this and feel it totally unprofessional that this is not explained to you. i was also advised that an overdraft is compulsory upon speaking to a different consultant i was told that it is not <br> FNB this is not service<br>
