Ebucks incorrect discount publications

FNB ebucks published a 40% discount to my profile and app**** a 0% discount when I made a purchase. I raised this issue, which has yet to be resolved. So it is unquestionably incorrrect publications, whether intentional or unintentional. Of course, the bank will not agree that it was done on purpose. I'd rather share with all other customers to be extra cautious with ebucks discounts and service.
