Ebucks - Incorrect calculation

I had purchased 2 air travel tickets on 21 July 2017 via a manual transaction on 24 July 2017. I had received an emailed quote from the airline company/agent and I was specifically told to call them to process payment - stated on their email. This email was also sent to Ebucks.

FNB Ebucks has allocated this towards an online spend when I had not purchased these tickets online and thus at a lower ebucks earn rate. I don't understand how a manual transaction over the telephone by me is being made out to be an online one and the ebucks consultant Boitumelo Makua has not been very helpful in rectifying the issue.

This is unfortunately how we as clients are being cheated.
