Ebucks Home Loan ****

After reading about clients not receiving their 50% ebucks of their first home loan payment I inquired with FNB before normal ebucks billing cycle. I was assured by 2 consultants that I will receive the agreed apon ebucks the month after my first repayment date. Unfortunately two ebucks cycles have now come and gone and I still haven’t received the ebucks.

The ebucks promotion was a convincing factor in me choosing a FNB bond and its deeply disappointing that they don’t honour their agreements
