eBucks has done it again... Gives esitmated delivery dates but their partners are not aware of it

eBucks has done it again... On their app, when you order from their 'partner,' they give you an estimated delivery date, but when that day comes, you follow up with the partner's delivery people, and they didn't even collect the parcel...

Don't add a date, then you won't make unrealistic expectations for your clients, you are serious not that ***********, or are you?
