EBUCKS /Gold credit card

Hi I was given an pre approved gold credit card with LEVEL 5 ebucks via the FNB app.I have app**** for the gold credit ,but haven't been given any feedback when I will be moved to LEVEL 5 EBUCKS??? Can someone explain how this all works?
