Ebucks fuel rewards no longer the shing star rewards it once used to be

The FNB false promise of R4 a litre ebucks reward is chawing us away from FNB. Ebucks is no longer looking that attractive at all.

Ebucks website promise you a R4 per litre reward on mobthly fuel purchases subject to fuel spent that month up to 20% of total spent that month.

My 20% total spent was R6993, and of that only R5384 was on fuel. Hence I qualify for R4 a litre up to a max of R625. That is because they say that ebucks will be capped at 6500 ebucks.

Now FNB is saying that the maximum I can qualify for is R2000 fuel spent a month with a cap of R325??? Why then g8ve me a cap of R625 if I can bever rarn higher than R325,

Something is clearly wrong here with FNB fuel rewards.

No where in the rules for my account is that stated clearly.

So all please note, that this R4 per litre made by FNB is just a big trick to make us think FNB has the best rewards programme. Either FNB is dishonest in their advertising, or their agents doing the calculations have no clue of the rules. Either way we as clients are again left feeling dissappointed by FNB, where the once shining ebucks star rewards is fast losing its glitter.
