eBucks fuel purchase calculations a complete failure!!!!

Yet another month, yet another query. For the 3rd consecutive month I need to query my fuel purchases with eBucks. And to put the cherry on the cake is to state that the "investigation" into my previous two months' queries (Sep & Oct) only led to one purchase of R635.20 being recognized out of a possible R3627.00 or in terms of earn, limited to a combined total of R2847.45 eBucks "worthy" purchases. I am fed up with FNB and eBucks. They also do not give you the results of their investigation, so you can never check/verify the calculations. PS: I ONLY put fuel in and pay in the petrol forecourt, so all T's & C's are obliged to!
