Ebucks forced on customers
Received SMS stating that ebucks has automatically been signed up.

Raised a complaint and received confirmation that it has been cancelled. (Ref 56cdda91 and c8940c0e).

Get another SMS, asking why ebucks not being used?

It does not sound ethical to automatically sign a customer up for a service never wanted, is this normal practise and what else must a customer do before the message gets across that this service is not wanted? The reference numbers provided the confirmation that ebucks was cancelled must also be incorrect otherwise no further messages would be sent, correct?
